Architectural Changes To Your Home Must Be Approved by the HOA
Just a friendly reminder: any planned architectural changes to your home (including your yard and driveway) must by submitted and approved by the College Place Architectural Review Committee. The form can be downloaded on our Documents page under "Architectural Guidelines".
Note: Burglar bars must be approved if installed on the outside of your home. Please submit your request before purchasing and installing burglar bars.

Yearly Assessments 2017 Update
Your 2016 College Place HOA Board are once again proud to announce that Yearly Assessments will not increase in 2017. We've been able to manage the finances well and therefore, no need for an increase.

Yearly Assessments 2016 Update
Your 2015 College Place HOA Board are proud to announce that the Yearly Assessments for 2016 will not increase! Due to proper management of finances over the past few years (and getting us back in the black), we will be able to manage the needs for the neighborhood without the raising the Assessment.
