Established in 2005, the College Place subdivision is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood that is home to a variety of beautiful single-family homes to elegant townhomes.
The neighborhood is also home to a gorgeous lake with fountain and a large, colorful and extremely fun playground for the kids. The lake and the neighborhood is surrounded by a walking track for exercise or for just a pleasant walk.

We're also minutes from Ellington Field (with Ellington Airport and Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base).
Schools
College Place is served by Clear Creek ISD and their highly rated schools: North Pointe Elementary , Westbrook Intermediate , Clear Brook High School , serving the educational needs of the community's students. College Place parental support at the schools is robust with many occupying a spot on the PTA.

The active Homeowners Association constantly pursues landscaping and property appearance initiatives that both enhance residents' quality of life and preserve community property values.
