Current Designated Overnight Hours: 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Our community's parking guidelines are designed to maintain safety, accessibility, and the aesthetic appeal of our neighborhood. Below, you’ll find key details regarding the guidelines and enforcement procedures.

Definition of Overnight Parking

The Association’s CCRs prohibit overnight parking on our streets without specifying hours. For clarity and consistency, the Board of Directors currently defines "overnight" as 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Please understand these hours may be changed at any time by the Board.

Why Restrict Overnight Parking?

Overnight parking on streets can lead to:

  • Congested roadways that hinder traffic flow.
  • Safety concerns by limiting visibility for drivers and pedestrians.
  • Restricted access for emergency vehicles and other essential services.

Enforcement Procedures

To encourage compliance with the overnight parking guidelines, the following steps are being taken:

  1. Warning Stickers
    • Vehicles parked on the streets during the designated overnight hours may receive a non-damaging warning sticker notifying the owner of the violation.
    • Stickers serve as a warning. Repeat violations may result in further enforcement actions.
  2. Escalation (if required)
    • The HOA may issue formal written violation notices for continued infractions.
    • Unresolved violations may lead to fines, as permitted by the governing documents and Texas Property Code.

Exceptions to the Guidelines

The HOA understands that occasional exceptions are necessary. The following situations are exempt from enforcement:

  • Holidays: No enforcement actions, including warning stickers, will occur on formal holidays.

How to Avoid Violations

To ensure compliance and avoid receiving a warning sticker:

  • The Association’s CCRs require that vehicles must be parked in garages, and garages should not be used primarily for general storage in a way that prevents vehicle parking.
  • Prioritize using your driveway and garage for overnight vehicle parking.
  • If street parking is unavoidable, ensure vehicles are moved off the streets during the designated overnight hours.
