Street parking is restricted during the overnight hours shown here. Vehicles should be moved off the street before the enforcement period begins.
To help keep College Place streets safe, accessible, and attractive, the Association enforces the overnight street parking restriction contained in the College Place CCRs. This restriction helps maintain traffic flow, visibility, emergency vehicle access, and the overall appearance of the community.
The CCRs prohibit overnight parking of vehicles in the street. For enforcement purposes, the Association currently treats "overnight" as 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM. These hours may be changed by the Board of Directors without prior notice.

Warning Notices
Vehicles parked on the street during the designated overnight hours may receive a warning notice or other enforcement notice regarding the violation.
Warning notices are intended to alert the owner or resident of the issue and allow the violation to be corrected. Additional or repeated violations may result in further enforcement action, including written violation notices, fines, or other remedies available under the governing documents and Texas law.
Temporary Suspension of Routine Enforcement
Routine overnight parking enforcement may be suspended on weekends, holidays, or other dates as determined by the Board of Directors.
Any temporary suspension of routine enforcement does not waive the Association’s right to enforce the parking restrictions.
How to Avoid Violations
Residents should use garages and driveways for vehicle parking. Vehicles should be moved off the street before the designated overnight parking hours begin.
