Scheduled Board Meetings
Meetings are open to all owners, except for closed executive sessions, which are limited to specific matters permitted under Sec. 209.0051 of the Texas Property Code
While homeowners do not have a statutory right to speak at board meetings, the board typically allows a comment period as a courtesy. The board may set reasonable limits on the number, frequency, and length of presentations to ensure orderly meetings, but it will not discriminate based on viewpoint.

The College Place Property Owners Association Annual Meeting of the Members (Owners) (including Board Elections) and the Regular Board Meeting are scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., via Zoom. The Regular Board Meeting will immediately follow the Annual Meeting. A Notice and Agenda, along with a Zoom invitation, Directed Proxy, and other related documents, will be mailed to all owners at the mailing address on file with LMS. There are three (3) open Board positions, each for a two (2)-year term: (1) Lot Owner (Homes), (1) Unit Owner (Villas/Townhomes), and (1) At-Large.
If you are interested in running for an open Board position, please complete the Board Member Application and Information Form, which has been posted to this Website, and submit to Kim Wilkinson, LMS, no later than close of business on Thursday, March 5, 2026 (DEADLINE PASSED). The delivery instructions are included on the Board Member Application and Information Form.
